• Review Each Team's project 2 proposals

• CAD Basics Part 2 if time- Assemblies

Activity 1 -- Project Proposal 2​

• Each team will have 7 minutes to present their proposal idea to the class. This will be followed by 5 minutes Q/A.
• We will be presenting off team webpages

Activity 2- Laser Cutter How To​

• Realities of Designing for Digital Fabrication Slides
• Laser Cutter Safety and How To Guide Slides
• Hands on Tutorial

Activity 3 (if time but unlikely) -- Return to Fusion for Interface and Assembly Design​

1. Walkthrough of creating an assembly for an interface element using a basic module and encoders fusion file
2. Overview of Guides for basic press fit design fusion file guide -- note final steps have not yet been updated to account for new dxf export workflow.

Assignments​

• Complete week 6 reflection by Monday 5/11 Noon. Reflection Slide
• Fill out equipment order spreadsheet for project 2- orders will start to go out THIS FRIDAY! link
